Booking Terms & Conditions

  • The initial telephone consultation lasts for a maximum of 20 minutes and is completely free of charge, irrespective of whether you go on to book sessions with Emma Sharp-Lau.

  • All sessions, whether in-person or online, last for approximately, but not exceeding, 90 minutes each. 

​

  • Following an Initial Consultation, which is a pre-requisite for booking sessions, a New Client Form is required so that I have all of the necessary information prior to our first session taking place. This will be emailed to you upon booking your first session and I request that it is returned to me by email at least 24 hours before your first appointment.

  • At your first session, a Behaviour Change Plan will be agreed between us, ensuring that we are both absolutely clear on what your desired outcome is. Your sessions will then be structured around this outcome.

  • All sessions must be paid for in advance, a minimum of 24 hours before. A payment link will be provided for your payment to be sent via bank transfer. Cash is accepted for in-person sessions at the beginning of the session by prior arrangement.

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule any of your sessions. â€‹

​

  • When less than 24 hours notice is given, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.​​​

​

  • Payments for sessions are non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed and/or payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.

  • Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time. If you are running late, please let me know.

​

  • For online sessions, it is your responsibility to ensure you have a secure internet connection, and a private space in which to engage with the session. I cannot be held responsible for technical interruptions outside of my control.

  • All block booked sessions must be taken within a 6 month period from the date of payment.

​

  • Any block booked sessions no longer needed can be gifted to another person (following an Initial Consultation with them) and must be used within 3 months of the date of payment.

  • Inner Revolution aims to provide a safe, professional and ethical service. If you feel dissatisfied with any aspect of your therapy please raise your concern with me directly, either via phone call or email. I will respond within 10 working days.
